Sean is a NYC resident, cyclist, and software engineer.

Dodge Charger (pronounced in the French style, “Char-zhay”) is a muscle car owned by former Gov. Andrew Cuomo and frequently driven recklessly, according to city records. This is his first, and we hope, last story for Streetsblog.

Justin Balik is the state program director for Evergreen Action. He previously served as deputy chief of staff at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority and was director of state and federal affairs for the New York City Department of Transportation, where he worked extensively on congestion pricing.

Ibrahim Hersi is a student at the Craig Newmark School of Journalism here in New York, where he’s focused on arts and culture (but we’ll change that!). He was born and raised in Harlem and enjoys watching sports. He is a proud member of the StreetsblogNYC intern Class of 2024.

Austin Celestin is a senior at New York University studying Urban Planning and Journalism.

Jackie Zamora is a student at the Craig Newmark School of Journalism here in New York, concentrating in local and bilingual reporting. She lives in East Harlem. Mike Dowd is a social studies teacher, wrestling coach and founder of the Cycling Club at Midwood High School in Brooklyn.
