James Rath is the executive director of Capital Streets, the Capital Region’s advocacy organization pushing for safer, more livable streets and a connected multimodal transportation network. Rath has worked as an urban planner in the public and private sectors on urban transportation, land use and downtown revitalization, with a focus on multimodal streetscape design.
