Parking to the rescue?
In Buffalo, parking ramps may actually be the cure-all for the city’s well-documented financial woes. A $61.6 million sale of four properties to the Buffalo Parking Authority is set to close today, as reported by The Buffalo News, and that money could go towards infrasturcture in Buffalo not just the Queen City’s $70 million budget shortfall.
