Primary night hit the streets. The streets of Syracuse that is. Assembly Transportation Chair Bill Magnarelli may be on his last legs politically. And if results hold as affadavit and absentee ballots are counted, Onondoga County Legislator Mo Brown may find himself making the scenic two hour commute to Albany for half the year.
