Another one bites the dust.
Dan Livingston ended any possibility of a third party run yesterday when he informed the Broome County Board of Elections that he would not continue his campaign on the Working Famalies Party line after losing the Democratic primary last month. (WSKG)
His exit means that primary winner Dan Norton will face an even stronger chance of victory in the 123rd Assembly District seat being vacated by Assembly Member Donna Lupardo. Norton faces Republican Lynn Parker and Republican-turned-Independent candidate Heather Micha in the Binghamton area general election.
